Oxybot Hard Type Hyperbaric Chambers has an industry-leading thickness high grade stainless steel material, up to 2mm, solid and pressure resistant.
In order to make the Hard Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Chamber cabin use longer and more stable, we installed two stainless steel rings with a thickness of up to 30mm on the head and foot sides of the cabin, which can greatly support the cabin’s structure and resist pressure without deformation. Lots of other Hard Type Hyperbaric Chambers are hollow at the head and foot, so that under the accumulated use with higher pressure over time, the hard chamber’s cabin will get deformed, which will lead the door to be bent and leak, or door cannot be closed, makes your hard hyperbaric chamber damaged and defective .
Lots of other pressure chambers only have one pressure gauge outside, the user can not know the pressure level when stay inside of the chamber, will get panic and anxious. Some hyperbaric chambers may have two gauges however cheaply made regular grade lead to there always has an error in their pressure gauges inside and outside, which gives you wrong hyperbaric oxygen therapy level you want. Instead, All Oxybot Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Chambers use custom precision grade internal and external pressure gauges and no error in reading inside and outside, so user can see the pressure levels anywhere anytime, safe and convenient.
All Oxybot Hyperbaric Oxygen Chambers come with a dual Manual Pressure Release Valve, which allows users inside and outside both to release the pressure for pressure decompression.
There is an operating control panel inside and outside of the Oxybot Hard Hyperbaric Oxygen Chambers, which allows the user to control the oxygen chamber’s running, on/off, oxygen, dehumidification, refrigeration, and turn on the LED reading light, etc., making it more convenient to use. Besides, each independent switch button comes with a touch feedback design, makes each press more comfortable, and has an indicator light each to make your operation clear and visible.
It is important that a hyperbaric oxygen chamber can allow you to come out in 30s when have an emergency situation. All Oxybot Soft and Hard Hyperbaric Oxygen Chambers have equipped an emergency valve which can allow user to get out of the oxygen chamber in 20s. One press, quick pressure release. Simple operation, more safe.
The oxygen chamber will begin to be gradually pressurized when turn on machines. Once the specified pressure is reached, the automatic pressure relief valves will start to work automaticlly to keep the oxygen chamber at the setted pressure constantly. Each Oxybot hyperbaric oxygen chamber is equipped with two of automatic pressure relief valves to ensure that the pressure of the oxygen chamber is always constant for safety, and at the same time make the pressurization more stablely.
An aluminum alloy integrated digital display panel is installed on Oxybot Quest hard hyperbaric oxygen chambers, shows the temperature, humidity, and oxygen purity of the chamber inside via a built-in customized high precision sensor, making the use safer and more controllable.
Oxybot Quest hard hyperbaric oxygen chambers have in-out communication system, includes a phone set outside and a speaker inside. Wired connection, makes communication more clear and stable. And two-way intercom, pick up the phone or press the button, then you can talk, simple operation.
It is not safe when you operate or pressurize the oxygen chamber when chamber door is not fully closed, which will damage the door and chamber cabin. Some other hard hyperbaric chambers has no sensor for door close at all or use magnet however not enough. Oxybot Quest 30/36 hard hyperbaric chambers have not only a magnet adsorption but also a door close sendor. Only when door is fully closed with green indiciator lights up, the control buttons of hyperbaric chamber only can be operated to start to pressurize the chamber. If the hard chamber’s door is not fully cosed, the indiciator light will power off, and you can not run the hyperbaric chamber. This is very important for you and your clients’ hyperbaric oxygen therapy treatment’s safety.
Oxybot Hyperbaric Chamber’s operating unit has power failure system, when power shuts off accidently, the machine will give an alarm for warning, it’s another important factor that matters your chamber’s safety in case the user inside feel asleep while didn’t know the power gets a failure.
When you turn on operating unit of the Hard Hyperbaric Chamber and close the door, the door will be sealed automatically and chamber will start to pressurize, oxygen tower will filter nitrogen and CO2, transfer 21% air to convert 21% air into up to 97% pure oxygen, excellent air conditioning system keeps the temperature around 24-25 degrees….all these wonderful realization of all these functions is attributed to oxybot’s intelligent CPU controled, smart, reliable and stable.
